How do I Return my Stormrobe?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but we understand that you may need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned unworn and in the condition sent with tags intact within 28 days of delivery.
A free Royal Mail returns note is included with your order, simply follow the instructions to return your items.

Exchanges
We understand that you may wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, please return the item to us and we will arrange a refund to your original payment method. You are welcome to place an order on www.g-storm.co.uk and we will arrange delivery as soon as possible.
Warranty
We’re so confident that we Guarantee our Storm robe for 1 year from the date of purchase from G-Storm.co.uk. We’re in total control of or Manufacturing so we’ll replace products free of charge due to defects in workmanship and/or materials. Excludes general wear and tear and accidental damage.
UK engineered, designed and manufactured – nothing compares to the Storm Robe.
The simple fact that we use a proven technical 3 layered soft shell fabric is testimony to our product innovation and sets us apart from the competition.
