You can cancel your order before products have been customised or production has started but you cannot amend order if customisation or production has started.
This depends on if you are ordering the following:
- Stock product without customisation - shipping is with 5 days
- Stock product with customisation - we will share the customised work before we commence production Only once we get your approval we commence production - typically within 5 days of your confirmation.
- Customised product - we will share the customised work before we commence production Only once we get your approval we commence production - typically within 4 weeks after your confirmation.
- Our shipping policy is tracked & signed for within 48 hours if you’re living in UK. Overseas orders will be processed independently subject to import regulations.
We offer free shipping for any order over £50 if you are in the UK.
We will subside the shipping costs to EU, USA and Canada deliveries on all orders.
There maybe import duties, this will be an additional cost.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but we understand that you may need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned unworn and in the condition sent with tags intact within 28 days of delivery.
A free Royal Mail returns note is included with your order, simply follow the instructions to return your items.

We understand that you may wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, please return the item to us and we will arrange a refund to your original payment method. You are welcome to place an order on www.g-storm.co.uk and we will arrange delivery as soon as possible.
Typically most of our embroidery and printing services are offered to teams, clubs, schools, universities and other such organisations.
We can customise your Storm Robe with embroidery or printing. Each process costs £4 per piece per embroidery or per print. There is a standard setup costs for setting up your embroidery. If you order more than 5 pieces we will waiver all setup costs.
We are not able to offer a refund on any customised garments unless they are faulty.
We have a range of designs that can be completely customised in your colours unique to your identity. We’re the first in the world to offer this and we’re proud to be innovators and very proud to be MADE IN UK.
If you have a colour which is not visible or you have a different design in mind then contact us and we’ll change the production colours for you. If you want to test our amazing quality before you place your bulk order , it’s no problem because we’ll manufacture 1 piece just for you. Again, we’re the only manufacturer that will make just 1 piece for you.
We are not able to offer a refund on any customised garments unless they are faulty.
If you're ordering from stock we do not offer any discounts. The reasons are:
our prices are already unbeatable (in some cases 50%)
our Softshell Storm Robe is the best product out there
We’re and what you’re getting is the highest value for money.
As mentioned above in Customised - Embroidery & Printing if you’re ordering more than 5 customised STOCK storm robes we will waiver ALL the setup costs.
If you’re ordering a bulk order for a school or a club we’ll certainly give you a discount. We’d love to work with your organisation and give you our personal service.
